Set in the heart of Thatcham and ideally
situated on the A4 Bath Road, Thatcham Catholic Club & Hall
share the same site as the local Catholic Church. Although the word Catholic is used in the club &
halls name, being a member of the faith is not a requirement for
joining or using these facilities. The club is open to members
and their guests with membership being available to anyone
wishing to apply*.
The family friendly social club has a well stocked bar and has plenty
of seating to accommodate everyone. As a members club, drink
prices are of course cheaper than the average pub making it an
ideal, inexpensive place to spend time with friends and family.
Other areas of interest include a pool table, 2 dart boards, 2
fruit machines. Smokers have a dedicated
area outside with a canopy to protect them from the rain.
The club and hall has a large car park at the front and benefits
from a CCTV security system.
The Main Hall and bar are now available for hire on Sunday's on a regular basis. Contact the club for more details.

Sports
Darts is a major sport in the club with
2
teams representing the club each week. Dart teams play on
Monday's, Wednesday's & Thursday's, with Friday evening being
the night to show off your accuracy if you're looking to join
one of the teams, as many of the regular players will be there
sharpening up their skills. The hall is sometimes used for darts
as it houses 4 additional dart boards as is perfect for a dart
league finals night.
Golf is represented with a recently started Golf Society. More
information will follow shortly.
The members of the club are, like many people fans of sport in
general so all the big football and rugby matches as well as all
the other major sporting events are always available to watch on
the big screen.
